No puede tratarse como un patrimonio est\u00e1tico, sino como una <strong>fuerza viva que marca la identidad<\/strong> de nuestra Hermandad. diferentes artesanos \u2014cerer\u00eda, taller de bordados, orfebrer\u00eda\u2014 <strong>combinadas con las labores cotidianas<\/strong> que se llevan a cabo en la Hermandad.<\/p>\r\n<div La preocupaci\u00f3n por <strong>la solemnidad<\/strong> ha sido una <strong>constante hist\u00f3rica<\/strong> y debe seguir si\u00e9ndolo.<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"bullets\">\r\n<li>Crear un <strong>grupo de monaguillos<\/strong> que ayuden al sacerdote cada s\u00e1bado y domingo, al igual que contamos con el grupo de ac\u00f3litos.<\/li>\r\n<li>Realizaci\u00f3n de un <strong>nuevo Sagrario<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<figure class=\"img-left\">\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/candidaturamatildesilva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/17_programa_matilde-1.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Cultos de la Hermandad\" src=\"https:\/\/candidaturamatildesilva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/17_programa_matilde-1.jpg\"\/><\/a>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<li><strong>Renovaci\u00f3n<\/strong> de atriles y <strong>objetos lit\u00fargicos<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cuidado de todos <strong>los aspectos relacionados con el culto<\/strong>: predicadores, m\u00fasica sacra y solemnidad de las Funciones.<\/li>\r\n<li>Difundir el <strong>patrimonio musical de la Hermandad<\/strong> en los cultos del Se\u00f1or.<\/li>\r\n<li>Redactar un <strong>reglamento interno para el grupo de ac\u00f3litos<\/strong> y formarlos para un mejor servicio al Culto.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"sub\">3.3 Gesti\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n<figure class=\"img-left\">\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/candidaturamatildesilva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/03_programa_matilde-1.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Candeler\u00eda del paso\" src=\"https:\/\/candidaturamatildesilva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/03_programa_matilde-1.jpg\"\/><\/a>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Una gesti\u00f3n <strong>actualizada y eficaz<\/strong>, que facilite a los hermanos cualquier proceso relacionado con Secretar\u00eda o Mayordom\u00eda.<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"bullets\">\r\n<li>Una <strong>atenci\u00f3n amable y cercana<\/strong>, enfocada en el hermano con escucha activa y continua.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Adaptaci\u00f3n digital progresiva<\/strong>, que permita una adaptaci\u00f3n exitosa a una gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica.<\/li>\r\n<li>Incluiremos <strong>el voto por correo<\/strong>, adapt\u00e1ndonos a lo que indican las Normas Diocesanas.<\/li>\r\n<li><strong>Hermanos<\/strong> al frente de la gesti\u00f3n <strong>con las herramientas, conocimientos y experiencia<\/strong> necesarios que les permita resolver con habilidad la adaptaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2 class=\"sub\">3.4 Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n<figure class=\"img-left\">\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/candidaturamatildesilva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/30_programa_matilde.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Detalle de orfebrer\u00eda\" src=\"https:\/\/candidaturamatildesilva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/30_programa_matilde.jpg\"\/><\/a>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<p>Apostamos por una <strong>renovaci\u00f3n integral<\/strong> de la comunicaci\u00f3n de nuestra Corporaci\u00f3n, <strong>actualizada, transparente, r\u00e1pida y pr\u00e1ctica<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n<ul class=\"bullets\">\r\n<li><strong>Transmitir informaci\u00f3n de calidad<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales, con im\u00e1genes, v\u00eddeos, textos bien cuidados, entrevistas y contenidos relevantes.<\/li>\r\n<li>Construir una <strong>p\u00e1gina web moderna<\/strong>, adaptada al formato m\u00f3vil, que se actualice frecuentemente y <strong>que permita a los hermanos realizar gestiones de manera sencilla<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cuidar la <strong>relaci\u00f3n con los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<li>Conservar la publicaci\u00f3n del <strong>Bolet\u00edn con una edici\u00f3n m\u00e1s cuidada y de calidad<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<div class=\"img-full\">\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/candidaturamatildesilva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/22_programa_matilde.jpg\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Comunicaci\u00f3n de la Hermandad\" src=\"https:\/\/candidaturamatildesilva.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/22_programa_matilde.jpg\"\/><\/a>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<section class=\"nota-final\">\r\n<h2 class=\"conclusion-title\">Conclusi\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n<p>Los tres pilares que vertebran este programa \u2014<strong>Ra\u00edces, Coraz\u00f3n y Futuro<\/strong>\u2014 no son propuestas aisladas ni promesas vac\u00edas. Son un <strong>compromiso serio<\/strong>, elaborado con la mirada puesta en lo que somos y en lo que queremos ser: <strong>una Hermandad que honra su pasado con rigor, que cuida a sus hermanos con cercan\u00eda y afecto, y que camina hacia el porvenir con la fe<\/strong> y la ilusi\u00f3n de quien sabe que lo mejor est\u00e1 siempre por delante.<\/p>\r\n<p>Somos conscientes de que <strong>un proyecto as\u00ed, de esta envergadura y con esta ambici\u00f3n, no puede llevarlo a cabo una Junta de Gobierno en solitario<\/strong>. <strong>Depende<\/strong> de la voluntad, del entusiasmo y de la generosidad <strong>de cada uno de vosotros<\/strong>.
